Robin has coached/trained thousands of executives, trainers, managers and sales professionals across a range of industries. She has designed numerous training interventions and models including enterprise-wide training programs for large multi-national Fortune 50 companies. Robin specializes in customizing and delivering training programs that drive results.
Robin's background as a sales leader and corporate consultant give her a unique insight into her clients' business practices. While her main focus is training, she consults regularly on matters of strategy as well as provides executive coaching. Robin is an experienced facilitator, helping senior level executives resolve team conflict, develop strategic plans and make critical decisions.
Prior to co-founding Wilson Ellis in 2000, Robin spent 15 years as a demonstrated sales leader in health care and technology. In 1998, Robin was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Healthway Communications International, Inc. She led a national sales force and marketing department in selling comprehensive technology solutions to health care organizations.
In 1996, Robin worked as a corporate-wide Sales Performance Consultant for HCA, the nation’s largest hospital management company. She trained and facilitated senior exectuive teams across the country helping them to develop sales strategy, structure, culture and skills to improve sales operations and performance.
Prior to joining HCA, Robin worked for American Healthways Inc. as a Program Director responsible for managing a Diabetes Treatment Center’s clinical and financial operations as well as developing disease management risk sharing agreements with health plans throughout the New Jersey market.
Senior Sales Consultant for Boehringer-Mannheim Diagnostics, (now Roche Diagnostics) a leading medical diagnostic manufacturer, selling blood chemistry instruments to hospitals, physicians, HMOs, pharmacies and distributors.
