Anna specializes in competency-based human performance tools, development of leaders, teams and groups, and training design. Her twenty-one years of consulting experience with her company, Interaction Design, have continually focused on technology and productivity with respect to groups and individuals. She uses motivational formats to address specialized team building, leadership effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, Six Sigma quality methods, customer service, strategic planning, and many other issues.
Anna co-authored "The Competent Use of Competency Based Strategies for Selection and Development" (Performance Quarterly 1998), developed continuous improvement tools such as the "Team Skills Six-Pack" and the "Coaching and Empowerment Assessment" and published articles such as "The New Work Alliance for Enhanced Accountability," "Ten Trends for 2010: People, Technology, and Creativity in the Workplace of the Future," and “21st Century Turbulence in the Flight to Performance Improvement.”
Anna completed her undergraduate work at Sarah Lawrence College and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received an MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked with Applied Materials, Durham School Services, GE, Lockheed-Martin, Centerpulse Orthopedics, Tellabs, Starwood Hotels, UT Center for Instructional Technology, and Washington Trust Bank. Anna is well known for her ability to explain and facilitate the linkage between people and business results in a clear and compelling way.
